Comments: I had an excellent experience with Detroit City Sweep. I called for a chimney flue replacement. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. They sent Adam and Kory, who were both highly knowledgeable and capable. They knew exactly what needed to be done and did not waste any time. They worked hard and did a fantastic job, all for a very reasonable price. I could not have asked for better workers! I highly recommend Detroit City Sweep for any Chimney work that needs to be done.

When he was done, the area was totally cleaned up. The company called the next day to follow up appointment and to make sure I was satisfied. Comments: The appointment for 1 p.m. was for a window of time, between 1 and 4 p.m. The technician (Chris) called about 30 minutes before he arrived, which was helpful. He did a great job inspecting my fireplace and going on the roof to inspect the chimney. He really knew what he was doing and made recommendations of things I needed. His work was professional, clean and thorough.

Comments: Dwayne was knowledgeable about chimney and fireplace. Great job cleaning with no mess to clean up. However he did not have proper equipment ( 40 foot ladder) to get on roof to inspect chimney and cap, just made observation from ground level. This is why I can't give all 5 stars.

Comments: We sold our house and an inspection for the wood burning stove was required as a condition for closing on the house. They scheduled me right away. Got a call when the Tech was 15 mins away. They completed the inspection report that day and emailed me the report. They included a very reasonable quote for cleaning should the new owner wish to have it cleaned. I wish everyone we have encountered during the sale of this house was as prompt. Excellent service and very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
